How to Use Custom Notes
You can customize notes on your document using ReadyRedact's Notes feature.
1. Click on the Notes icon. A menu will then appear allowing you to choose a note color and identifier.
2. To create a note, choose a note color and identifier and then click on the document where you want to place a note. In the example below, the color yellow has been chosen and the copy bubble has been picked as the identifier. Once you've placed a note, you can add content.
3. Notes are automatically saved and will close once you click the "X" in the top right corner of the note. This will close the note leaving the identifier icon on the document (e.g., checkmark, key, arrow, copy bubble, etc.). To see the contents of a note, click on the identifier icon and the note will expand displaying the note content.
4. To delete a note, click on the identifying icon and hit the backspace or delete button on your keyboard. A popup will appear where you can choose to Cancel the action or Delete the note.
